10 competitive teams. One club.
Oregon Surf fields competitive club teams across ages 12U to 18U, competing in the CEVA region and at USAV national qualifiers.
Every team trains as an academy.
Every age group trains together in a POD led by a POD Director. All teams in the POD practice together for the entire season, rotating through skill-specific and position-specific stations with coaches who specialize in that area. After POD training, teams break out to scrimmage, work on line-ups, and run game-play situations.
The level of training is the same from our national teams to our local teams: quality instruction, high-intensity drilling, and great expectations.

This gives each athlete the chance to show their best and most consistent self before teams are set.
